CEO
Marvin began welding at an early age and has gained considerable oilfield experience. He maintains quite a diversified workload in the daily administration of the company as well as filling in as crew lead, welding and maintaining his commercial helicopter pilot license.
Brad Brozny
Operations Manager
Brad grew up on the farm operating and maintaining agricultural and construction equipment. He attended N.A.I.T. and entered the work force as a mechanic. Then the drilling rigs became his focus until he decided to combine his mechanical knowledge with his oilfield experience.
Cory Allen
Crew Lead
Cory is a Saskatchewan farm boy where he gained agricultural and mill experience. The Alberta oilfield is now his focus.
Ryan Devall
Crew Lead
Ryan is a 1st Class Alberta Journeyman Welder. Oilfield maintenance is central to his aptitude and interest.
Neil Brozny
Crew Lead
When he is not teaching safety courses for M.I.S. He uses his extensive experience from welding drilling and equipment operating to lead one of our crews.
Wendell Allen
Millwright / Equipment Operator
Another Saskatchewan farm boy who is experienced in many trades as well as maintaining and operating equipment.
Lois Postnikoff
Reception / Office Manager
She serves as the primary point for, and liason between management, personel, clients, and vendors. She is always available to take your calls and find solutions.

Administrative Assistant
Accounting, accounts recievable/payable, tech support, reception, bookkeeping, and daycare manager.
